And respect for a strong agrarian economy that is internationally successful. We do that by stimulating innovation. And by providing financial support, steering, supervising and proposing regulations.

VION FOOD GROUP

TNO

TNO has been active in food and nutrition for over 60 years. TNO develops generic technological solutions for complicated issues like food formulation. To improve the quality of protein based foods TNO has developed a dual strategy. On one hand, TNO studies the functional relation between the properties of protein ingredients and the organoleptic quality of a product and on the other TNO develops processes to harvest protein ingredients out of plant materials with optimal retention of the properties that are essential to produce a high quality product.
