The roots of Bridge2Food lie in the market position of PROSOY Research & Strategy company. This company was founded in 2002 to provide research & consultancy services in fast-moving consumer categories based on vegetable proteins and innovation. In recent years, international recognition has led to us developing platforms for the food industry in other areas, such as healthy & nutritional bars, conferences and food for school children, and seminars geared to elderly people.

The bridge between food specialists

We take pride in being the bridge between different food experiences and know-how and in delivering custom-made food solutions with a personal touch. The concept of Bridge2Food is simple: strategic consultancy and research based on sound experience offered by industry specialists from a small office. We provide board-room level strategic advice as well as practical hands-on experience for more tactical or operational purposes. We enjoy creating new international networks between food specialists and improving know-how by organizing platforms, conferences and courses around fast-moving food categories, as well as on food proteins.
