Method of Payment

Payment can be done by Visa, MasterCard or Amex. Payment will be processed via Worldpay. If you do not have Visa, Mastercard or Amex, then please continue below to the registration form and mention in the "Questions/Information" box that you wish us to contact you.

On the next page you can fill in all your details and choose your payment method. Please note that there is a 3% surcharge for paying by credit card.

When you register before 13 June 2010, the order amount is: € 1,843 (including 19% VAT). After 13 June 2010, the registration fee will be € 2,212 (including 19% VAT).

After you have finished the registration, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your registration with an invoice as a reference for your credit card payment.

Cancellation policy

If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Please provide the name and the title of the substitute delegate at least 7 days prior to the meeting.

For cancellations the following rules apply:

- Cancellations received by 30 April 2010: a refund minus 10% administration charge and when applicable credit card cost will be made;

- Cancellations received by 14 May 2010: a complete set of meeting documentation will be sent to the delegate, and 50% of the invoice value, credit card and postal mailing costs will be refunded.
- Cancellations received after 14 May 2010: a complete set of documentation will be sent to you. No refunds will, however, be made.
