Method of Payment
Payment can be done by Visa, MasterCard or Amex. Payment will be processed via Worldpay.
On the next page you can fill in all your details and choose your payment method. Please note that there is a 3% surcharge for paying by credit card.
When you register before 12 November 2010, the order amount is: €1,495 (excluding 19% VAT) or €1,843 (including 19% VAT & credit card surcharge). After 12 November 2010, the registration fee will be: €1,795 (excluding 19% VAT), or €2,212 (including 19% VAT & credit card surcharge).
After you have finished the registration, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your registration and an e-mail confirmation of your credit card payment. Please note the below cancellation policy.
For Universities and Institutions
When you register before 12 November 2010, the order amount is: €1,195 (excluding 19% VAT) or €1,473 (including 19% VAT & credit card surcharge). After 12 November 2010, the registration fee will be: €1,495 (excluding 19% VAT) or €1,843 (including 19% VAT & credit card surcharge).
After you have finished the registration, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your registration and an e-mail confirmation of your credit card payment. Please note the below cancellation policy.
For (N)GO's and Governments
The special rate for all (N)GO's: €995 (excluding 19% VAT), or €1,226 (including 19% VAT & credit card surcharge).
After you have finished the registration, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your registration and an e-mail confirmation of your credit card payment. Please note the below cancellation policy.
Cancellation policy
When you proceed to the on-line registration form, fill in all your details and then click on Register/Go to payment server and pay via credit card. You are considered formally registered for the Bridge2Food meeting. Should you stop the payment procedure, because you want to receive an invoice or pay later, your registration is also considered as a formal registration. The cancellation policy, mentioned below, is in force and binding.
When you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Please provide the name and the title of the
substitute delegate at least 7 days prior to the summit.
For cancellations the following rules apply:
- Cancellations received by 7 October 2010: a refund minus 10% administration charge and when applicable credit card cost will be made;
- Cancellations received by 21 October 2010: a complete set of meeting documentation will be sent to the delegate, and 50% of the invoice value, credit card and postal mailing costs will be refunded.
- Cancellations received after 21 October 2010: a
complete set of documentation will be sent to you. No refunds will, however, be made.
